"Solartyx" — the website and services operated by Solartyx.

"Partner" — installers, finance providers, or third parties that may receive leads.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solartyx’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall be limited to the lesser of (a) ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand) in the aggregate, or (b) the total amount actually paid by you to Solartyx in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Solartyx and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, damage, liability or expense arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion, with or without cause, without notice. Sections that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Effective date" at the top will show the latest version. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India. Replace with your preferred jurisdiction.
